Very nice set of pads - not any different from the "OEM", perfect fit and easy to install

One of the arm rests on my Herman Miller Aeron was damaged during a move so I bought a set of these and so far I've been very happy with them. They fit perfectly, were easy to install and the texture was better than the originals. These also did not have the chemical smell that other buyers mentioned. I would buy these again.

These fit perfect. They are plastic, not injected foam like the originals, so they are harder and not as comfortable. But fit and price are good.

I got this for my husband's office chair when it got spun under his desk and a bolt there scraped a chunk out of the arm rest. The size and shape was exactly the same as the original, and it was super easy to install, literally taking 30 seconds. I think the original was leather and this is more rubbery, but it's soft and I actually like it's pliability better than the original arm rest.

This were a perfect fit for my Aeron chair. The padding is a little firmer than I anticipated, but it's better than what I had. I had no trouble installing them.

I've had these replacement arm rest pads on my chair for over a month now, and here are my conclusions: 1. They are much firmer than the original arm pads, this is not a major negative, just an observation. 2. The pads are not the same dimensions or shape as the original (circa 2003) Aeron arm rest pads. These are narrower and shorter and lack the downturn along the leading edge. 3. The hard plastic frame which you screw into aren't quite the correct shape, so there is a bit of 'finesse' required to get the screws and holes to line up. Overall, they are inexpensive replacements and are acceptable but not extraordinary.
