Totally like a preschool toy but it worked
So it was one would expect for less than 20 bucks. Totally like a preschool toy but it worked....until my son threw it across the room. Of course, it was broken and unusable. ALSO the manual was the smallest print I have EVER seen - and I wear bifocals. Unreadable. Not that it mattered much I never needed too.

Inadequate use informtion and no support
The user manual is printed so small that even with a good magnifying glass I could not read it. I had to find a copy center with a high resolution copier and enlarge the print 350% to read it.The user manual does not include basic information like how to open the device and insert the battery and SIM card correctly, turn the phone on and off, or send and receive calls/texts. There is no illustration of the device identifying each function key.The manufacturer's website does not exist; I can't find any support online or by telephone.
