Nice brushes and I did purchase another set
I had not used them until the other day and the one I used did a good job. I like the fact that they have the octagon ends that can be used in my drill and the center is stiff enough to put a little pressure on them if needed. And, if needed, you could add an extension. I have purchased a second set. Would like to see another set that the wires were a little softer for other jobs.

Works but use common sense
Do not run in reverse or it may unravel and be useless. For my purposes which was cleaning threaded bolt holes and crevices on a rusted marine diesel for painting it did very well

Good Brushes
I needed some wire brushes to clean ports on an engine. They did the job but did not last very long as I was using a power drill to operate them. One of the brush ends broke off. They did what I needed to do.

These are well made brushes.

Terrible quality.
Used this on the end of a drill to remove rust from a bore inside a differential. Half the bristles broke off within the first ten seconds, and then the shaft of the brush broke off within the first thirty seconds.Cannot recommend. Do not buy these.

I needed three of the six sizes for one hole size!
I could not tell from the photo(s) in the ad, but these brushes turned out to be very durable! I had 200,000-mile rust in the four holes to recive trailer hitch securing bolts. My heaviest tool was a right-sized tap, which I operated alternately with fingers, vise-grip, and 3/8 variable speed drill. Between efforts with the tap I ran in PB Blaster, let it sit, then bore-brushed each hole. The durability and length of these brushes were essential in the cleaning process between borings with the tap. Probably a total time of 4 hours -- lots of false starts in the first 2-1/2 hours; only an hour-and-a-half, once I had these brushes on the job! Now they are cleaned and packed away for whatever the next rehab project will be:)

Weak shaft attachment
Works OK, but shaft will break under moderate use. Suggest trying another bore brush.

Nice mix of sizes
Seems to be quite good. Nice stiff bristles, with minimal loss in use.Handle carefully, as the ends are quite sharp. The box is well made and nice to have
