Is the ‘off’ button easy to operate fro someone with arthritis in their hands ?

The two alarm buttons stand proud on the side of the clock, just under an inch long and are well spaced apart. They require a little pressure to switch on and off - less than a light switch, more like switching on a radio or computer, but you definitely need to hold the clock in place to operate the buttons. The clock itself is small and light, fitting in one hand easily however, I tend to use both hands when switching on and off - especially in the pitch black winter mornings as I can easily feel my way around it.

How many snoozes can you get?

Hello. I can only say that I have pressed the snooze button on BOTH alarms....yes both alarms, multiple times. I will add that this is the best alarm clock (owing to the vibration pad and other great features) that I have ever purchased. I highly recommend it.

Question 3

Is it ok to place vibrator under the pillow? has it got gentle vibrations to slowly be awoken?  I don't want to be jerked out of sleep.

Hi. the vibrations from this alarm clock are quite strong, even you set the gentle level. If you are a heavy sleeper, put it under your pillow would be more helpful. If you are very light sleeper maybe put it under the mattress and it can wake you up. 
It depends how thick of your mattress/ pillow and how heavy a sleeper you are.  There are three vibrations settings, gentle/ medium / strong.   you can try and find the best one to wak you up.

This loud alarm clock comes with AAA batteries slot , this battery back up function is to provides protection from occasional blackouts and allows relocating of the clock without need to reset it.  
It is a mains powered alarm clock,  not battery powered.
