Systane COMPLETE Preservative Free Lubricant Dry Eye Drops, 0.33 Fl Oz

DR told me to use this because I have dry eye disease..it works great and I can use Systane frequently to help my eye irritation! Like its soothing effects!

I've been using Systane COMPLETE Preservative Free Dry Eye Drops on the recommendation of my optometrist, and they've worked well for my dry eyes. I was advised to use them at least four times a day for the best results, and they've helped keep my eyes feeling more comfortable throughout the day. One helpful tip I was given is that because they're preservative-free, the bottle should be discarded 90 days after opening. If you're dealing with dry eyes and your eye doctor recommends them, they've been a great option for me.

The drops feel soothing and hydrating without causing a heavy or sticky sensation afterward. I also like that they are preservative free, making them feel gentler and more comfortable for regular use.

I've been very happy with how well these Systane eye drops work. They provide good moisture and noticeably reduce dryness and irritation, leaving my eyes feeling much more comfortable. The only drawback I found was the bottle design. I had a hard time dispensing the drops accurately, and they often missed my eye and ran down my face instead. Despite the dropper issue, I think the eye drops themselves are effective and would recommend them for relieving dry, irritated eyes.

I have tried countless brands and several types of eye drops including prescriptions in a desperate attempt to sooth my chronically dry eyes. These drops by far have provided the best relief of any eye drop, ever! I only need one drop in each eye in the morning and it provides relief all day, which is great because I would need to spend my entire lunch break trying to dispense the drops into my eyes. I have wasted several drops and time before successfully getting any product into my eyes. The solution is thicker than any I have used before and the tip is almost non existent. The top of the bottle is really flat rather than pointed like all other eye drop bottles in existence. The thick drops hang from the short tip for so long that by the time it makes it out of the bottle, I have already blinked several times and the drops end up on my eye lid or cheek. The anxiety that is produced while waiting for the drop to dispense while opening my eyes wide is maddening. Even with the frustration and time it takes to get the drops in my eyes, and how much product is wasted, I will keep purchasing these because of the superior relief that they provide. I hope that one day Systane will design a user friendly dispenser.

I have chronic dry eye but also wear contacts. I use these drops before I put my contacts in and it keeps them from feeling as dry for a while, and once I take them out I use this for recovery. I have to say, this is a nice find.

This is one of three systane products I use since my insurance company decided not to cover the Cequa my doctor prescribed for me. Systane makes good, effective OTC products. Yes, they make your vision blurry for a few minutes after using…just like every other dry eye product does. They don’t cause burning or irritation in most people. If you experience those side effects, check with your eye doctor to see if you should discontinue using them. As for all the reviews saying this product is milky or cloudy; they’re supposed to be. They don’t cause attached photo is from their website explaining why they’re a milky white color.
