Works really good, well made and the bits that came with it are holding real well. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

Bought a plan for my demolition hammer and hammer quit working. Turned in claim on June 16th 2018 and was told they would contact me with in 8 business days. That did not happen. Finally heard from them and they said they would rush it seeing it was over the 8 days. I heard from them again and they said I should here from them where to bring or send it to be repaired [I have to]. They said they would text me the information it should be a day or two, still waiting to hear from them. Down time is 16 days so far. It is not worth the money. Don't buy!

item was ordered for a second party. Everything works just fine. Item was received in a timely manor.

It really works great. The only problem I had was when I changed the bits.

Absolute piece of garbage. Insufficient power or hammering to get anything done other than dig in soft dirt. Contacted OrangeA for a return and was advised they would get back to me in 48 hours. They finally got back to me 4 days later, saying their manufacturer said to just add oil and everything would be fine. Read the instruction manual start to finish prior to using. The manual states there is oil in the hammer that will last for about 50 hours of operating time. OrangeA refuses to allow a return. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK and do not do business with OrangeA. They obviously do not believe in customer service.
