*I am a HUGE fan of Ancestral Supplements. I stumbled upon the company and its product offerings somehow and I haven’t looked back since ordering my very first bottle. Below you will find my heartfelt email I sent the owner, Brian, telling him of my experiences with his products and also to thank him for his stellar customer service. I am taking Liver, Bone Marrow, Collagen, Kidney and Thymus. I have had many health issues that started during my pregnancy with my fourth child (24 years ago). I felt like my body completely changed and I have had one health issue after another. If I had a day where a felt good that was very usual for me. I just learned to accept feeling terrible and being sick all the time. In August I developed eczema on my hands, a candida/fungal infection on my chest and hives from head to toe. I was absolutely miserable and could not sleep due to the severe itching! I ended up at the doctor’s office and was given a steroid shot. The shot helped a little but I was still breaking out and nothing would stop the horrible itch. I was so desperate to find relief so I was online reading everything I could find about people that had the same skin issues that I was dealing with. Well, this is my first product review on Amazon I ever wrote. I'm really impressed by these products and by the company as well. I'm taking AS "food" for 4 weeks already. I started slowly, with 1 capsule a day. Currently I'm on 3 capsules of all these: Brain, Collagen, Marrow, Liver, Organs and Tallow. My results so far: - I'm feeling more stable and calm and enjoying a very pleasant state of "well-being" (I suffer/ed from longterm stress and adrenal fatigue) - I'm in a better mood and smile more often - Liver and Organs are giving me so much energy, that I'm taking them at 1PM at the latest, otherwise I have problems with falling asleep - my sleep improved, I'm able to sleep longer, until 6:30 or 7AM, before I woke up regularly around 4 or 5AM and felt tired and exhausted all day long - my hair stopped to fall out and I'm seeing some new baby hair - two weeks ago I had very dry and rough lips and skin around my mouth, skin was flaking off and lips were swollen and painful, I coudn't almost open my mouth. It's condition called "cheilitis". I increased my intake of Liver and Organs on 8 capsules a day, I put only petroleum jelly on my lips and in 3 days my lips and skin around my mouth absolutely healed!!! Really miraculous! - my mom (77 years old) fell from a stepladder and smashed up her head, had also many contusions, plus bumped her shoulder and right side of her body. I had quite a lot of health issues and I was constantly tired, fatigued, feeling cold and under the weather. This was also due to old injuries, stress and anemia. I had tried iron supplements which messed with my digestion big time and also the lucky iron fish but it just did not quite do the trick. I already make an effort to eat a clean (no processed food, sugar, alcohol) and nutritious diet with meats and organ meats so I was getting very frustrated. After having tried many things, I decided to give Ancestral Supplements a go and started with the Liver pills. When I first got them, the smell was so fragrant to me and my body was obviously craving it. I started with 2 and slowly worked my way up to the full dose. I did get a little bit of detox symptoms but that was because I should have gone slowly but at the same time, I saw results immediately in energy and I started to looked and feel a little better. Brian, the owner of the company was great and gave me so many suggestions, including combining it with the Spleen. He was right, I made great progress within a week. I then decided that I needed support in many areas and he made some more great suggestions so I have been trying out a new routine. I have set the liver and spleen to the side in a rotation now that the anemia is under control and am using Organs, Bone Marrow and Collagen slowly working up to the full dose. This was over a period of a few weeks, introducing one at a time and noticing the effects and difference of each. Everything has been pretty amazing and I will be rotating many others as I know I need help with thyroid and digestional issues etc. What worked for me was experimenting and getting in touch with my body, noticing how the difference with doses, time when I take them and whether I take them on an empty stomach or on my food etc. The Bone Marrow was amazing… I was having so much issues with my teeth and gums, it was very stressful but this combined with the Collagen, things have improved dramatically. I’m currently on a balanced diet, green, with lots of bone broth and whole grains while on these supplements. I have gradually done away with a lot of the other stuff I was taking but sometimes I will take a multivitamin or Vit C with the organs or collagen. I just didn’t need all the other stuff and I felt much less hungry as my body felt nourished. It was a terrible vicious cycle before, I ate a lot because my body craved nourishment, had bad digestion and absorption and in times of stress relied on sugar so when I tried a healthy routine, I just felt so weak and cold all the time. The supplements also made me feel well enough to change to a solid routine including an earlier bedtime and better sleep by using the blue light glasses and salt lamps. From Brian’s website I did a lot more reading and the grounding sheet made a huge difference. In a few more weeks I now feel like a different person, it is pretty unbelievable. Stable positive mood, energy, clarity of mind, fast rate of healing from injury. It was unimaginable from my state before. It also allowed me to feel strong enough to get therapy for some deep seated issues that I had difficulty in dealing with and I am in the process of spring cleaning my home so I can overhaul my life. Everything is linked, mind, body and spirit and when my body was so weak, I was depressed and just could not handle much more than mere basic functions. I’ve been strictly on an animal-based diet for over 2.5 years now and have been overjoyed to heal numerous health issues and restore my youthful glow. However, I was still struggling with a few unresolved issues. This is why I gave Ancestral Supplements a shot. I reached out to the company with questions about where to start. Brian was prompt, thorough, generous, and genuine in his response. I’ve not experienced this level of customer care from a company in a long time. Thank you for the caring authenticity. About a week into taking Bone Marrow, Organs, and Gallbladder I felt happy mood surges throughout the day, strong, stable energy, a feeling that my brain function was “crisp and online” immediately upon waking, waking before my alarm, deeper sleep, and more vivid dreams with an ability to recall them. Some days I experienced slight detox symptoms (headache, tight muscles, low mood, etc.) but they quickly cleared by the following day. Next, I added Collagen, Pancreas, and Thyroid. I’ve since noticed effortless digestion and an improvement in my body temperature regulation. I used to turn ice cold after eating or drinking my morning coffee and noticed that this reaction is greatly decreased. My hair, which was falling at an alarming rate, dry, brittle, thinning, and slow to grow is looking shiny, vibrant, soft and full of body. My stylist commented completely unprompted that I have a noticeable amount of new growth and proceeded to show me the proof - she was surprised by this. Funnily, my stylists told me that I needed to take Biotin pills to improve my hair. I tried them but they never worked. A strange sort of rash down both of my legs which had been frustratingly impossible to manage for a couple of years and was leaving scars has now disappeared only a few weeks into taking these organs. I noticed today that the last twinges of knee pain have faded away. I found myself sprinting down my staircase when I normally go carefully because even after 2+ years on carnivore I still had a bit of pain. As a final thought, I have tried many supplements, diets, medications, and products over the course of my life and never felt different in a long-term sustainable, healthy way - no matter the claimed quality or high price tag paid. Meds came with side effects and questionable chemicals while supplements were not effective and, therefore, a waste of money. I giggle now because I once took iron supplements as advised by my doctor specifically to increase my iron status then was subsequently denied the opportunity to give blood because my iron was too low. Oh the irony! I’ve also given many other lifestyle changes a try desperate to fix various health problems. After falling for the claims of health improvements to be experienced with increasing my plant intake, I eagerly tried juicing (esp. green juices), superfood smoothies, the vegan diet, the vegetarian diet, daily massive salads, etc. My health deteriorated further as I ingested more plants. Nothing restored my physical and mental health back to prime except for A) a whole foods animal-based diet (carnivore/zero carb), and B) adding these organs from Ancestral Supplements - my body doesn't lie - end of story. I feel truly grateful to be where I am and at my current level of health and only wish I could have uncovered these answers years ago and saved myself a ton of pain and heartache:-) About the price and comments that these are expensive, I choose to see it this way for myself: A) I am saving myself long term health issues and future medical bills, and B) these are the only supplements I've ever used that actually bring swift and powerful results C) I feel amazing and my body loves the nutrition. I've wasted hundreds of dollars on expensive, useless pills from both well-meaning conventional doctors and functional medicine practitioners.
