Seems good so far, but i just set it up today. My only criticism so far is the water flow doesnt seem to change when i try to adjust it.

WORKS
I have this in my 35-gallon fish tank as a second filter system. After the first week, the cartridges were disgusting. It is hard to replace them because of the suction cups that are used to stick to the wall of the aquarium. The suction cups are really hard to get off the side for replacement. I would for sure order extra cartridges at the time of this purchase. I didn't and needed a new one after that first week.

Tiny as heck
It's probably about 6 inches tall and is so tiny, it will affect a small area, shouldve sent back but didn't want to go through the hassle for something so small

Perfect for a 10 Gallon Tank
Hello everyone.A week ago I decided to purchase a 10 gallon aquarium from a certain Pet store(starts with P ends with S)And got the Bubble Wall 10 Gallon kit.I knew right away the Top fin filter was going to be terrible,so I wanted to look for a replacement. The tanks lid has no opening for a HOB filter. So I had to look for a fully submersible filter instead. The Fluval U2 was too big for a 10 gallon.took up at least 30% of the aquarium space. And getting the next size down(U1)did not have the 3 stage filtration I was looking for (carbon, ceramic rings, sponge).I searched Amazon up and down for a Submersible filter that has the 3 stage filtration and was a decent size to fit in a 10 gallon and not be bulky.Very hard to find I learned. Then I came upon this listing for this filter! And Yes! The medium (10-20g) fits my tank perfectly without being bulky.I could've easily brought the smaller size, but I wanted that extra power because my tank will be home to Molly fish; and they are poop specialists. The actual size of the Medium is 7 inches long(not including the water controls/air bubbler extension at the top of the filter). And it's about 3.5 wide and it's about 3 inches in depth. In my photo you can see I can easily hide it behind tank plants and it's not in the way at all.I have a 25 watt heater hiding next to it on the side.So far I Love it! I have no complaints :)Update 6/9/22: Filter still going strong with 8 fish in tank! Keeps water healthy & clear.Posted with updated photo

Whoa.
So I got this as a secondary unit to my 10 gal. and didn’t, for whatever reason think that I should get the same brand/size that I already have. It’s huge. It’s fine though, since it’s fully submersible I hide it behind my plants,The suction is great, but not friendly for small shrimp even on a low setting, so make sure they have plenty of cover, and you change the filter often so they don’t sell food from it.It’s also loud af. Like if the water gets too low for her, she starts spitting, loud enough to wake the house. It also rattles on the glass a little.
