If you work in the metal industry and have had to drill a lot of holes in I-beams, c-channels, square tube, etc. you may appreciate the difference between a cheap bit and a quality bit like Hougen makes. I’ve drilled many hours unnecessarily with cheaper bits, broken bits in holes, busted knuckles and blown circuit breakers resulting in damaged mag drills. This set gives you the flexibility to drill from 1/2 inch through 1 inch hardware easily with any mag drill that works with Weldon shank bits. I use the Hougen slick stick to prolong the life of these pricey bits.

I didn’t like the price but the drill bits cut great so far

ALL GOOD EXCEPT FOR PIN FOR 9/16'' BIT BROKE ON 1ST HOLE. DIAMETER OF PIN SHOULD BE SAME FOR TOTAL LENGHT OF PIN IN MY OPINION.
