Does black one have flags?

Sorry but I don't understand the question. I do have one which I'm glad I purchased and it was worth the money. However mine is yellow and black, not Black, with no flags. You may be looking at another brand. I'm assuming your looking for "Marking Flags".

Does it work well in tall grass? Like an overgrown field of on raw/undeveloped acreage? Thx

We bought it for this very reason. It worked very well as we measured off our acherage. I even set on the tailgate of my truck while my wife drove. And it was durable enough.
