A Girl Named Sue : Routine De-Odor-Cream 50ml Sensitive Skin Formula Natural Deodorant Cream (A Girl Named Sue)

Ordered "A Girl Named Sue" it has a strong sage scent at first. After a short time the scent fades but continues to work at omitting all smell for up to two days. It is very nice to stretch in the morning and not knock yourself out from the smell coming from your own armpits. It comes in a sturdy glass jar with a screw on lid. Which is great since my hands don't always have the strength to open some containers. I've just recently started using it but it seems like I've hardly used any. Although pricey, it is absolutely worth every penny!!

I was waiting to review this to give an accurate response after having some time using the product. You should know that I suffer from hyperhidrosis (constantly sweating from hands, feet and armpits no matter temperature) and have come to a level of acceptance that nothing will stop me from sweating unless I have an operation. So I gave up on the strong clinical antiperspirants, that usually gave me rashes anyway. But the smell... I had to do something about the body odour that would occur from my constant sweating throughout the day. So embarrassing. I've tried all sorts of sticks, Mitchum, Dove, Nivea, pretty much whatever you can get at the pharmacy... still smelly. I also wasn't into a cream deo that I would have to use my finger for but I thought I needed to take the plunge. I have to say Routine is not bad. The smell is soft and natural. The cream goes on smooth and doesn't crumble. If it bothers you to use your finger, I started to use a popsicle stick to scoop out what I need. I do wipe myself with alcohol and wait for it to dry before applying the routine deo... I find that helps me sweat maybe a touch less. I can't say you are stink free for 24 hours... but at least a good working shift of about 8 hours... that's how it is for me anyway. And that's way better than being the smelly girl with only 45 minutes into the day like before. Maybe one day Routine might put their product in something like a toothpaste tube... could be easier to apply and easier to travel with in that case. Quick update, I have noticed that this product does turn armpits in white shirts yellow.

Love routine!!! I was having reactions to regular deodorants but was having a hard time finding a natural one that worked well. Routine works!! They have lots of product options to choose from. FYI with natural deodarants they don't just plug up your poors and cover your smell like traditional ones, they kind of mix with your own smell and make it pleasant so even though you might like the scent in the jar it might not work on your body. Also, if you are just leaving the traditional ones your body will go through an adjustment period where you will likely smell a little stronger than your used too, this is basically your body detoxing because your poors were plugged and accumulating crap and now your body is used to overcompensating to try to eliminate toxins. Be patient and get through that part, it's worth it. I tried a few scents before finding the one that works with me. I've been using this one for about 2 years now; it works, has a nice light scent, is gentle on my underarms, and now that my body has adjusted to being able to function as it should I don't have to wear it all the time. There are days where I go without wearing deodorant at all! When I was using traditional deodorant I would have stunk after a few hours. I highly recommend Routine!
