I bought the DANISH ENDURANCE Hiking Socks for a hiking trip in the Peak District, and I can confidently say they’re some of the most comfortable and well-performing socks I’ve ever owned. If you’re serious about hiking or spend a lot of time on your feet, these socks are absolutely worth it. First off, the material blend is spot on. They’re made with a mix of merino wool, nylon, and a touch of elastane — which gives you the warmth, breathability, and moisture control of wool, with the stretch and durability needed for long hikes. The merino content makes them feel soft against the skin without any of the itchiness you sometimes get with wool products. They provide just the right amount of cushioning in key areas — heel, toe, and sole — which really helps reduce fatigue and friction. I wore them for several 10–15km hikes with mid-weight boots, and I had zero issues with rubbing, blisters, or sore spots. The compression around the arch and ankle also gives a nice supportive feel without being too tight. One of the standout features is how well they regulate temperature. They kept my feet warm in the cold, but didn’t overheat or get sweaty when the sun came out. Even after several hours of walking, they stayed dry and fresh — which is no small thing when you’re deep into a long trek. They wash well too. I’ve been through about six laundry cycles so far (cold wash, air dry), and they haven’t shrunk, bobbled, or lost their shape. Stitching is still perfect, and the padding remains plush. Another big plus: they’re designed in Denmark and produced under sustainable and ethical standards — something that I always look for when choosing clothing. It’s great to know that they’re not only high-performing but also responsibly made. Sizing is accurate — I wear a UK 9 and the Medium size fits me perfectly with no bunching or excess fabric. If I had one very small suggestion, it would be to offer some lighter colour options as well for summer wear, but that's purely cosmetic. Comodísimos, no excesivamente gruesos, y calientes. Veremos lo que duran, pero eso ya depende del uso que le dé cada uno, kms, lo ajustado que se lleve el calzado, de la forma de caminar, etc.... A priori, que te pongan por escrito en la descripción que te garantizan que no habrá agujero durante el primer año, ya te da un plus de confianza... La verdad es que esta marca, desde que la descubrí, para mí, es top. Se paga? Sí, pero merece la pena por la comodidad, la calidad y la durabilidad... Y no hablo solo de calcetines...

Great hiking socks. I have both the ankle and crew length lightweight socks that I love for summer hiking in Southern California, but wanted something a little thicker for upcoming cold weather/ mountain hiking in the Sierras. These are great socks. Slightly thicker with slightly more cushioning than the light weight socks, but definitely not bulky like a heavy winter sock. My feet still fit great in my standard sized boots. I tried them out an a 7 mile hike in low 60s through mid 70s temps. My feet felt great, no hot spots or sliding around. The extra cushioning over the light weight socks was nice to have. And best of all, my feet did not feel overheated or sweaty even at these temps. The socks are quality and a bargain at the price. So far I have three sets of different hiking socks from this company and they are all top notch socks.

Van muy bien. Cómodos, transpirable, secan el sudor y no pasas frío. El único problema es que se me acaban por bajar , no se me sujetan del todo bien. Pero igual solo me pasa a mi😅
