Surprisingly effective for better sleep I wasn’t expecting much since I already take oral magnesium every night, but this roll-on has become part of my bedtime routine. I apply it to my calves before bed, and I’ve consistently noticed about 20 more minutes of deep sleep on my Fitbit compared to nights when I forget to use it. It goes on easily, isn’t greasy, and has a pleasant, calming scent. I can’t say exactly why it works, but it’s made a noticeable difference for me. I’ll definitely keep buying it.

This truly works! If my kids are restless and not falling asleep I roll it on their backs and they are sleeping within minutes. We have used it for years now and I recommend to all of our friends with little ones.

I’ve been buying this product for three years now for my autistic five year old. She used to have night terrors so bad but after using this product consistently (along with routines and balanced diet), she stopped having them. My little guy has been diagnosed with Restless Leg Syndrome, and has never slept well in his entire life. I bought this in hopes it might help with some relief in his leg muscles so that he could rest better. We do have a problem with the roller because he hates it, but we worked around that by me rolling it on my hands and then rubbing it on him like lotion. Perhaps the application has made this less effective, but I don't notice a big difference in him getting to sleep faster or sleeping longer. It's really hard to tell with a little one sometimes. Sometimes it seems like it works well, and others not so much. I will say that it has a very nice scent, and does not feel sticky on the skin once rubbed in. We will keep using until it's gone, and if we notice that his sleep tanks once we're all out, I will change the review! Either way, I feel like it was worth a shot!

This magnisium roll on stick works well for my 11 yr old. It has a good smell, it doesnt go on sticky and seem to help my child fall asleep faster. I will be ordering this again.

IT WORKS! I rub it on their feet bottoms, behind knees, inner elbow, between shoulder blades, sometimes a dab behind lower each ear. It helps them sleep sooo much better I kid you not. Although my kids do find the application tickles… lol I’d prefer a rub on kind next time.
