I don’t care for rum, so this didn’t sound appealing. Further reading revealed it’s a blend of butterscotch, caramel & hazelnut, and no rum. With my first mug, I was hooked. The aroma and flavor are unmatched. It’s delicious, fairly priced PLUS the beans are from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms. In short, the Rainforest wildlife and environment are protected. The beans are perfectly roasted & packaged by a family owned coffee company in Iowa. My wife stated that she was not a fan of caramel and did not want me to buy this for her. In the end, I ordered a small box. Guess what- she really enjoys it as well. I also enjoy very strong brews. This one is on the lighter side- but I guess that ensures that the added flavors can be enjoyed without being overwhelmed by the coffee itself. We would consider reordering. I've tried other flavored coffees and sometimes the added flavor is just too thin or weak.
