This spoon helped during the spherification process. My daughter was doing a science experiment with spherification and we needed a spoon to help get the spheres out of the solution. Slotted spoons worked, but weren't easy to use. This spoon made it so easy to get the spheres out of the solution. It saved my daughter time and made the experiment easier to do. A simple item that makes the spherification process easier.

This was part of a gift for my son who loves to cook all kinds of foods. He has not received it yet. The quality looks to be excellent...good heft without being over-bearing and the right size for making all things caviar!

I liked the handle, it had a good grip! It was great for making popping boba.

I recently began experimenting with Molecular Gastronomy. I started with basic spherification and it was extremely frustrating to use a slotted spoon or normal spoon to retrieve the spheres. This tool really simplifies the process. It catches the caviar and can even be used when gently washing them off. I'm morally opposed to Unitaskers, but this spoon is extremely helpful.

I like it, but haven't used it yet, but its what I needed to make my different flavor caviar, its perfect of multi use

This is a very well designed product. It makes the process of harvesting edible spherified objects much faster. It is the right tool for the job.

Kids love it. And I have found plenty of uses for it besides making boba

using for a weird reverse specification experiment I am doing , and love the size of the spoon, give me better control and more maneuverability
