This seat cushion is definitely waterproof. Foam inside remained completely dried and outer cover was very easy to wipe dry.Not incredibly comfortable as the cushion itself is on the thinner side.But still better than nothing.4/5

Simple and reasonably comfortable, great for outdoor use

One of the pains of swimming in winter is cold hard stoney ground, and the heat loss that causes. I've a nice soft flurry mat, but it's not great on the stoney carpark where we swim. And I've a wetsuit changing mat as well, but it is far too thin and you can feel the stones through it. A car matdoes the job, but isn't particularly soft.This does the job. Its the perfect size for throwing with my swim stuff, and is just about big enough for standing on. Nice a soft, it protects against he sharp stones, and keeps the feet warmer. The waterproof cover means it isn't getting sodden each time.I can see it coming in handy on events when we swim at multiple beaches and you don't bother getting changed - throw it on the car seat and off you go!I know it's not the intended use, but it's what I wanted it for—and it does the job very nicely

If you're looking for a luxurious seat cushion, that's not the purpose here. This will take the edge of a hard seat, without the need to bring it inside. It's best inserted in to a cover, or under something else, as the plastic will make skin sweat. It's a soft foam interior, which will provide a minimal level of support, however there are deeper filled options, or with non-liquid gel, which feel more comfortable and are just as hard-wearing, so do your homework.There are no ties/tethers to keep this in place, so adding a cover provides another benefit.It is easy to clean and dries rapidly.Overall, this is a well made water proof seat cushion, which is simple and effective for short sessions of use, or where you need to keep a seat clean and free from spills.

Minimal wrapping for posting. The item itself frankly didn’t impress me for the price of £14.95, but similar products are not much cheaper. It is 38 x 38 cm, but only 2.5 cm thickness, this seemed insubstantial, although I found it was effective. The waterproof cover, a zippered plastic case, is removable, see photos.Drawbacks: I found while it did make my office chair more comfortable, it was liable to slide around on the seat cushion, this could have been avoided if one side had a non-slip, fabric surface, enabling some grip to whatever seat it was placed upon. That said, the other problem encountered was that after many hours use, over several days, was that the lack of a ‘breathable’ surface on top is not good for you posterior. More screen/movement breaks might help reduce this, but I had to stop using it.

I got this for my dad, since he has some back problems, and I hoping this would provide more comfort and support while sitting, but it's a bit too thin for that and lacks real use if you ask me.The exterior is waterproof, so it can be used outdoors, but there's nothing to secure this in place, so it moves around on a fully flat seat.Given how thing this is, I don't think the memory foam will last that long before flattening out and becomes totally useless, so £14.95 is a bit too expensive for that.Personally, I think there are better options out there. This just wasn't ideal for my needs.If you just wanted to seat more comfortable on an otherwise hard and uncomfortable seat, then this is OK, I guess.

This memory foam seat pad is about 1" thick and about 15" square, I wanted it to make a particularly uncomfortable dining chair more 'bearable' - this is just the right size for that. The cover has a zip in the side so that you can remove it for washing purposes.This is a very comfortable cushion pad and I'm quite happy with it. If I was to want one improvement, it would be for one side of the cushion to be made 'non-slip' or for there to be a pair of ties to secure the cushion - as this does slip about a bit on smooth surfaces.
