A bit confused. Are these clear snaps with pic shown in yellow for easier viewing?

Yes, these are the clear ones. I have several colors, don't know how I got along without them. Do alot of crafting and these snaps are great.

Will these work to connect 2 pieces of 4mm Coroplast together?

These are snaps intended for fabrics i think what you need is a rivet. The coroplast may be too thick for these snaps. I used them on cloth diaper covers.
