Our previous shower riser rail had rusted through at a join, and we were struggling to find a replacement without having to replace the whole shower/taps etc. We found this one on Amazon which looked ideal. The screw thread diameters seemed to be exactly what we required. The riser rail arrived but we found the join at the bottom of the rail to our existing taps was too big. It is all to do with the daft BSP plumbing measurements (the rail thread is 1" across which I believe is 3/4" BSP??) . I contacted Enki and they said I may need an adapter which will go onto my existing 1/2" connection. They sent me a link to their part (a few pounds) which was duly dispatched. The part just screws onto the existing connection, then the riser rail screws onto that. Job done! The riser rail looks to be good quality and has no joins to rust, so hope will last. Thanks to Enki for their help, but it is a shame they don't include the part in the box in case you need it!

Bought it as reviews were quite positive about the product, saying it’s a good quality etc.. My only advise would be - buy it and see it for yourself, as personally I did think it was cheap and wobbly product. Believe there are much better products, that you might have to pay more than a £50.

The quality of product is first class. It is well made and looks fantastic. Unfortunately I had to return as not suitable for my bath. The supplier again was 1st rate, easy to return and refund was quick. I would highly recommend.

Works well and easy to fit with the Enki mixer tap.
