I had an issue with mine, and contacted customer service. I got through incredibly quick, and they were eager to help replace my unit at no extra charge! Which I appreciate! lol This drone takes pretty good pictures and video! I have had several drones in the past, and the quality has been far less than advertised. With this small, flimsyish camera, I was really surprised at how well they came out! The video is incredibly stable, and I’m really happy with the results! It’s a bit loud, but not overly so. I have had mini drones that were louder. I just wouldn’t use it for any top secret spy missions. The battery life is insane! The battery on the controller didn’t last as long as the drone batteries! I’m so used to only being able to fly for under 10 minutes! Between the three batteries that came with it, I was airborne for over an hour (total combined time)! As for the controller, maybe keep a USB power bank with you, and you won’t have issues. Big manual, yet easy to fly! Getting started seemed a bit confusing at first, but following the quick guide got me flying in no time at all! Be sure to read it!!
