Snoedel NICU Newborn Preemie Baby Sleeping Bonding Aid Snuggle Blanket (Pastel Hearts)

I bought this for my son because I was returning to work and work long days (14 hours). First, the quality is excellent!. The materiel is soft, and the design is cute. I slept with it for a few nights before giving it to him and then when ai returned back to work my husband said he loved cuddling it and would help call him down. I sleep with it every few days to keep the scent going. It is small and light weight, so he can snuggle with it with no issues and it can go anywhere without it being to big. Great product!

So far, so good. It's slightly smaller than I imagined it and it's actually cuter. I watch a lot of scary movies and worried it might look "creepy" when it got here, but I was very wrong. It's color is bright and pretty. It washed really well. There is a tag on it that says "snoedel" right on the hem and where the blanket part folds it is sewn shut. It's just a really nice little doll. I've been wearing it in my shirt and sleeping with it and can't wait to give it to my newborn in the NICU tonight :)

We have used a "Snoedel" for our 2 boys (now 18 & 16). The 18 year old LOVED his Snoedel so much and was so attached to him. The other son not so much but the older one "adopted" his. So, just to say this is a great product and it really made a difference for ME when my son went to daycare. The product gets a 5 star. I would have given the seller a 5 star if they would package this product a little better than something they pulled off a peg board. A cute little card showing how to use would be wonderful. And maybe wrapped in tissue around the original packaging. Because this is a gift for someone special and there is NO instructions with this Snoedel. The way it comes doesn't make for a good gift when you have to explain how to use it. I doesn't look like anything special. So, I will have to make a cute card for the instructions. For the price I think the seller needs to go a little above than pulling it off a peg board. Presentation is everything!! Especially when it comes to gifts for little babies and their parents. Something like this needs to look like someone actually cared about their product and took pride. Just remember this is a Baby gift and should be presented with a little care. .

My baby was delivered at 24 weeks. She'll be 2 in March and still snuggles with her snoedel. It was getting pretty tattered, so we needed another. It's a great comfort for her.

Wonderful, wish I could buy one for every NICU

I didn't get this from Amazon, the hospital gave it to me when my younger son was born back in April, 2014. He was born early and had gastroschesis so he had to go straight from the OR I was in to an OR in the pediatric wing and spent a month in the NICU (comparatively short for his condition). I slept with it a couple nights then gave it to my son. He seemed to really like it. For about 2 years after, he couldn't have cared less about it, but after a hospital stay in Spring of 2017, he became extremely attached to it - more so than ever. He has to have his Snoedel every night when he goes to sleep now, he talks about "her" multiple times a day, and if we have to wash Snoedel, when we give it back to him, his whole face lights up and he gets so excited! This thing is wonderful and it means so much to him and to my husband and I.

I bought this years ago when my son who is now 17, was born early, with reflux, and colic, he cried non stop. For some reason his daddy comforted him the best, so when he was at work this "snoodle" saved my day. One day it disappeared. Sad sad day indeed. I couldn't replace it at the time. We never found him. And there is no substitute. But I'm so glad that these are still available, they are so fantastic. My grandbabies use them now for when Mom has to be away.
