I've seen videos on muscle scraping so of course I had to try it. This is very heavy duty and high quality. It is compact enough to fit comfortably in my hand but large enough to hit big muscles for relief. I lift weights 4x a week so this really helps. It contours to my legs and upper traps.

The pain relief with this tool is amazing. Before I use it, I put it in the refrigerator. It holds cold very well when you need it for hot, tight muscle spasms. Very easy to use. Might consider buying one for my gym bag too! Very sturdy, very dense & comes with its own sheath. Very giftable!

Bought this instead of the over priced ones that I was getting targeted with on social media. The other brand for same type of item was over $100, and for a 10th of the price, this is doing the job nicely. Only advice, make sure you use some form of lotion when you are massaging areas with it. If not, you will get a nice raspberry. Lesson learned on my end.
