I purchased this for my wife, as she wanted her own travel cup for taking a coffee when leaving in the mornings. To be fair its a very nice cup and keeps your coffee warm for quite a while. The lid works well for her too. So, it is great for around the house if you want to sip your coffee slowly.However - there is a fatal flaw for us. It's rather wide/bulbous base won't fit in standard car cup holders! In these Covid times when we rarely use public transport - this is a fatal flaw! We have to buy her another travel cup that will fit in car cup holders!

Really disappointing. I was expecting this to be iridescent like the picture. It’s white with a fine silver sparkle. Sparkle is also only visible in certain lights. Wouldn’t have bought such a boring colour if I’d know it wasn’t iridescent or sparkly.

Lid design is really poor, it always traps what your drinking and gets really dirty. One month later the little clips on the sliding part broke off, really poor design and cheap materials...4 months later the colour film on the mug is pealing off...Disappointed and would not buy.

Good insulation, however we bought 4 gold painted mugs and all had chipped around their rims within 6 months revealing the stainless steel beneath the painted mugs. They are now eyesores and not covered by any return policy of Amazon despite "not being fit for purpose".

Look beautiful but entire contents drains out if you don’t keep them upright which makes them totally useless. Might as well buy a cup without a lid. No good for picnics or as a travel mug. We’ve got 2 that do this so don’t think it’s because we’ve got a faulty one.
