I had Insoles made for me on the nhs that came apart within 2 months. I wanted to find something more sturdy and found these. They are a great fit, so comfortable and now I have some in all my shoes. It makes a massive difference for someone suffering with constant Plantar pain.

I have plantar fasciitis I find these help on my heels, they have an arch in them too to help with fallen archesI do need to cut mine slightly as I’m a 41/2 to 5 in shoe size

I've lost count how many of these I have bought. I buy new sets every year or so, and started using them about 10 years ago. They make flat shoes so much more comfortable. Really good if you spend most of the day on your feet.

They are absolutely life saver for plantar fasciitis I recently had it and nothing was helping until I got these they helped me quite a lot this condition takes time to go but these definitely relieve the condition

These fit my size 12.5 boots perfectly and are very comfortable and stable.I feel my walk is more solid and I am no longer reaching for the banister as I go up and down stairs.
