Awdis Just Hoods Unisex Crew Neck Plain Sweatshirt (280 GSM)

I finally found my sweatshirt! I am a tad under 5 ft tall, weight 93 lbs and am a senior (I hate the word 'old') woman. All my sweatshirts are old or too large to wear any longer. I scoured all the stores that said they had them and ordered some that I either gave away or returned. I ordered this sweatshirt and had my fingers crossed when I opened the package. It was a bit long and a little larger than I hoped. However, I decided to take a chance and see how it looked when laundered. It shrunk just enough to be perfect for me. In fact, I immediately ordered a second one.

I think it was made for men, mostly, but I'm built like a guy anyway ;-P Plus I tend to like large shirts, and eventually, they'll shrink a little. There's cotton in them, so they will. But LOVE the colors. I purchased these in Hawaiian Blue and Turquoise Surf. You can't get this color anywhere in the "States" in a crew neck style like these. At least I haven't found any... I bought a mess of them so I can have these all my life ;-)))))))))))))))) They are a little thin in material, but I wear long underwear underneath anyhow...

Noted some shrinkage. The sleeves are too long and the body is too tight. The shirt is warm. Washes nicely.

This sweater fits well, but the arms are long and bunch up for me. I'm 5'10'' and I got a medium. Color is a nice goldenrod- I was able to use it as a Star Trek costume, with the only downside being it isn't a v-neck.

One star is too much to give -- this is the absolute WORST-fitting sweatshirt ever and I've tried lots!!! I read the other reviews about these running large, so ordered two of these sweatshirts in size Small (I would ordinarily choose size M for a sweatshirt, though I wear women's size 8 petite). I have to say that these are made with the WORST sweatshirt construction I have ever seen!!! The sweatshirt is so long that I could wear it as a dress... the sleeves are so long that they almost reach my knees... but it's NARROW! so narrow that it fits fairly snug through the entire body of the sweatshirt. The sleeves are sewn at an angle so that I cannot lift my arms without the entire body and neck of the sweatshirt being raised at the same time! Sweatshirts are supposed to be designed for comfort and movement, folks! If you're 7 feet tall, weigh less than 120lbs, and never want to lift your arms, then this is the sweatshirt for you -- otherwise, save your money and time and don't even try it! :p

Hoodie is very comfortable and soft. I ordered the XL and it fits in the arms but it's incredibly long torso wise. I got it in the olive green color and it's definitely not the same color as pictured. It's like a mud green color. I mistook it for brown when I first took it out of the package.

Really soft, I bought a large and I love that even though it's big on me the sleeve and bottom ribbing is tight, just the way a sweater should fit! I bought gold and it was more orange than I thought it would be but looks exactly as it does in the preview when I take pictures in it. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite sweaters and I'm already planning to buy more. Highly recommend!

It was a really comfortable sweater, but I did not like the color at all. Unfortunately, I did have to return the sweater, but if the color would have been less "bold" it would have been a good sweater.

I am about 5ft 10in man: longish arms, shortish torso & 39 in chest. I purchased & returned a large. The sleeve length was good & did not gape, but the neck did gape, it was too long & too big across the chest & stomach. I then ordered a medium. A not too short sleeve length, a good fit on the chest & stomach and length sitting just below the belt on my jeans. The sleeves, bottom hem and crew neck fit very well & do not gape. A good finish: solid stitching, everything is aligned & symmetrical. The 80% cotton provides warmth & no sweating. The 20% polyester keeps the shape. I soon bought 4 more. All are consistent, fit the same and wash well (fire red, baby pink, kelly green, sun yellow and sky blue); none have faded & all come out clean

Very good quality and the colour was a bright, deep, beautiful golden yellow but unfortunately it’s absolutely hugh. Was far, far too big so be sure to order a couple of sizes less than usual.Would have re-ordered but I wanted it for a weekend event and had to go out and buy one.
