Best buy for 2022
I've owned tons of mice. My current wireless mouse finally failed on a critical function after four years of heavy use. it often assumes double clicking when I only click once. It is more than a nuisance it is dangerous, because I executed computer programs by highlighting sections of codes. In searching for a new replacement, I decided to buy this baby. Why? because first of all, it is wireless, not wired. Although wired mice tend to offer better performance I can't have them on my already cluttered desktop. For a wireless mouse, it came with a recharging cable and port. It quickly recharges full in about 2 hours (LED light turns from red to green). I just had it for two days so I'll have to see how long each full charge lasts. But given the convenience of plugging into a usb-C charger overnight, I don't foresee big surprises. The better part of LED-less is it doesn't have all those fancy colorful lights like many of my other LED mice have. They drain juice quickly and may need a recharge every couple of days. This mouse doesn't have LED lights (except a tiny LED dot at the top indicating charging or charged status). It does not take any extra batteries other than using it's own built-in rechargeable battery. This reduces the mouse weight substantially. I feel very comfortable with moving the light weight mouse around. When it comes to functions, it has all the basic ones i need. left side backward and foreward browsing keys, and an extra surprising key for toggling between apps (think of Windows Alt + Tab). Its left and right clicking buttons are especially quiet, giving me a relief from those traditionally annoying clicking sounds. It has a 2400 DPI which is a minimum for me to consider any mice! This level of DPI allows quick movement of cursor on big/small screens, yet without delays or losing pinpointing accuracy. It is USB wireless, not blue tooth. At the bottom of the mouse there's a compartment that looks like to host battery. Open it up you'll find a small dongle. Plug that in your PC and you're good to go!The cosmetics - it looks handsome to me! it features a middle chrome rolling wheel, which moves freely without resistance or noise. A middle bar of grey color houses DPI button and charging light. It fits perfectly in my palm with ergonomic design. Finally the low cost. You probably won't find a better price on Amazon for less than 10 bucks. Plus the seller has a 2-year warranty. It's a best buy for this year so far, and it's next to a steal. If you are looking for just a mouse, no other fancy features, this one is a good candidate to buy.-- Edit on 6/21/2022:After 4 months of use, the USB dongle fell apart. Seller stood by their warranty and sent me a free mouse for replacement. I'm very happy with their quality of service. With enough time to put it in use, I can fairly say the charge holds for at least two weeks when using the mouse all day long. I always plug it in before it's completely dead. i left it plugged for overnight which actually takes about a few hours for a full charge. i sometimes use it with the wire while the charging is happening. One small problem that i have found is the small left button nearest to the palm. It's an equivalent to Alt + Tab, which is used less often than going back to a previous page or folder. I wish this button was not there.

Working from home, from the office, in transit, or Xbox gaming
I have had this mouse in heavy use since January.I love it - and would recommend it to anyone if their situation is like mine....for starters I am Right handed.I have used the mouse extensively working from home - on a Windows 10 Laptop. My hands are pretty big - in the photo you can see the Arteck alongside a traditional MS corded mouse - its not a midget, or a giant. When the office re-opened, I started taking the mouse to work with me - I commute by bicycle - 100km's a week. The mouse gets tossed in the bag with everything else - it hasn't missed a beat. Then, my son started XBOX gaming using a keyboard and mouse - so after work each day he would give it a 2 hour workout. Again - nothing but good performance. It is a USB C charge port - the charge lasts FOREVER.It has an internal port for the USB A shaped receiver, and an easy to use on off switch at the bottom.I find it comfortable, I like the top buttons and the scroll wheel (its metal - has a nice feel and is easy to locate without looking). I personally don't use the side buttons much - thats habit. If it ever lets me down, I would just but another one.

Too Good to Be True?
I hate buying a computer mouse! I purchased 3 in 2 months last yr before I was finally satisfied. Is it too much to ask that it must be wireless; it must have a back button & it must be silent? That last mouse began to have issues & unfortunately is not sold on Amazon anymore. Up came the dread. Luckily this Arteck mouse was at the top of the page & sounded very promising. It was almost too cheap & had limited reviews----but worth a shot. Imagine my surprise when I Liked it so much that I immediately purchased another----after only 3 hrs of use! It's still at that cheap price so why not: it's silent; it's light; the buttons work as it should...Day 2 & I'm still really impressed. Hope this review helps to filter out all of those unworthy waste-of-time options for you!****UPDATE 06/30/22: Mouse began to lag, so after 2 days of this, I contacted ARTECK. Super service as they immediately replied & we went through the motions to have another sent to me. It quickly arrived and after 2 days---the mouse's wheel began to squeak. When I wrote back to ARTECK, the CS replied that "we don't have the issue before". WRONG: Read review fr Jan 28/22. I am NOT hard on my mouses {I don't drop them; it stays in the house on my desk; no kids, no pets} so both of ARTECK's faulty mouses is definitely a quality issue. Re'c'd Refund so ARTECK"s ok---just very very disappointed as I LOVED this. Thankfully I have that 2nd mouse which I bought immediately after the now-lagging-after-3-months-of usage mouse. I just hope that this current 2nd ARTECK mouse holds up longer than 3 months....*****UPDATE 11/04/2022: Someone noticed my negative review & contacted me, stating that since their mouse has a warranty, I was qualified for an ARTECK replacement mouse---would I be interested? Of course! After a couple of emails where my negative review & a possible retraction were insistently brought up, I was eventually given a promo code for one. This new ARTECK mouse is literally a new one: it has a new & better design. This new design makes it much easier to access the back button whereas the previous ones {remember I'd purchased a couple of these before} the back button was equal in size to all 3 side buttons. I'd had an issue w/ a squeaky wheel after only 2 days of use {contrary to ARTECK's "we don't have the issue before" & Jay's 01/28 review where he rec'd a replacement for his "mouse wheel squeaking" issue} & after 1 1/2 months of usage, I've had absolutely no problems. I really wish that I felt more positive about this company so that I could buy more of these---they're sooo cheap! Since you're not me, I highly encourage you to buy one to try it out
