Worked well to reinforce Infinity: Operation Icestorm paper markers (see photo)
Infinity: Operation Icestorm and some other starter packs (Operation Red Veil, USAriadna Army Pack, ...) for Infinity (the game) come with a printed paper sheet of markers (one inch circular paper disks with artwork printed on them that are used in the game). The paper the markers are printed on is quite thin (cheap, I guess) and the markers are much improved (easier to pick up off of a flat surface, slightly magnified, more glossy, and more likely to last/durable) by applying these epoxy stickers to them (see photo showing some markers before and after epoxy sticker application and a partial sheet of epoxy stickers). I carefully lined up the marker and epoxy stickers by hand (gripping marker between thumb and finger of one hand and sticker between thumb and finger of the other hand and slowly mating the two together); the markers are not two-sided so make sure you stick the epoxy sticker on the printed/colorful side! After initial mating expect to see air gaps between the epoxy sticker and marker; I was able to remove all air gaps by placing the marker on a flat surface/table and pressing down hard with my thumb on each marker and sliding my thumb across or from center to edge of the marker (repeatedly, rotating the marker between strokes for complete air gap removal, say, eight times for perfection if you're fussy like me). Pressing hard on the epoxy sticker left a temporary thumb print in the surface of the sticker; such impressions quickly faded away (back to like-new, no problem). It's been over a week since I did this and I see no signs of degradation. Fancy sold-separately markers are available, but I'm happy with what I've got. Will purchase again.
