This is the best thing I've ever invested in... I was curvy in all the right places.

I love how it is broken down into three different sections. It makes it easier to put on and take off. I tried it on when it arrived yesterday and have not taken it off yet. I will be in serious training mode over the next few weeks so this waist trainer is a must have for me. I will be ordering more to have one for each day of the week. Ladies go get this item while its affordable. I am very pleased.

This waste trainer is actually pretty seamless but the size chart is weird. I don’t know if I’m just funny built; fun sized or what but I got an XL and could’ve went with a medium. When waste training; you are supposed to start on the first set of closure brackets and work your way to the 3rd but I went strait to the 3rd listening to these reviews. This thing is stretchy. I really hate returning stuff since I hate going through the process but I hope this review gives the seller the heart to just send me a size medium because this one’s not tight enough! Excuse my dirty mirror!

Very good product to snatch the waist line. I love to go running and do my ab exercises. The only flaw is the rolling on the sides from the middle strap.

I've tried atleast a dozen different body shapers, girdles, & waste trainers. I tried expensive one's & even tried the wrap around one. Nothing worked as advertised, some were inconvenient to put on & take off especially in the restroom, some hurt after wearing even less than 1 hr. Ladies, I love this purchase, I'm 5'7 & 225 lbs, I don't have a flat stomach or small waistline. This snatched me up in all the right places and I was comfortable for at least a good 4/5 hrs + going to the restroom was easy. My recommendation is take your measurements and go down 1 size. The ad suggested a XXXL for my size but I got a XXL and it was perfect. I will not leave home without it when I want that hourglass figure. This worked well for my body type.

I bought this because of the reviews, but I guess the people that give the reviews didn’t try it out for a day or two before giving their reviews, they just tried it on and like how it felt. Well I took it for a spin more than once and in my honest opinion, it’s very annoying because it doesn’t remain still, it slides up when you walk and sit. It folds in the middle when you sit, and if you’re sitting for long, it hurts. The elasticity in it could have been a bit more resistant. It’s a no for me.

I’m 5’0 180 lbs size 12-14 ordered an XL initially. At first, it was a little hard putting it on and clipping everything with my tummy. However, once I finished it, it looked great! My waist went down two inches and you can see the hourglass look. The only downside is it’s very tight and the back is a bit uncomfortable but it’s manageable. Edit: I had to return it after making this review because it kept rolling over on my back, and I felt like I couldn't breath that well while sitting down. After seeing videos it said because it was too tight. I ordered the XXL and hope it fits when it comes back. It came in and fits perfectly! Overall 8/10 can’t wait to use it for my graduation dress!

Good quality and does what is suppose to do ( remember it is a shaper not a loose weight thing so it does not produce heat or make you loose weight ) is fairly comfortable if the right size, so make sure to order the right size ( not too loose or to tight).

I love this product! I was recommended a Large but glad I went with Medium. My waste size is 30 inches. I wore it all day and it did not roll, i was worried because of a past review...possible that the sizing plays an important part in that. It's not chunky and covers the baby pouch area all the way under the bra so no lumpy business, which I why I would 100% wear it as a shapewear. Anyways....just super happy I found something that works for me.

A great garment and just right for helping to transform my slightly oversized male tummy and give me a far better figure.I am a 38" waist and selected the XXL which turned out to be the perfect choice, with 3 sets of hooks it gives lots of room for adjustment. Well worth the price

À la base, j'ai acheté ce waist trainer pour remplacer ma ceinture de maintien dorsal qui me servait pour soulager mes douleurs de dos dûes à une maladie et qui était loin d'être saillante !Grace à ce Waist trainer,non seulement j'ai un maintien lombaire parfait , je me tiens droite et le plus, j'ai des courbes nickel !Autant pour un maintien dorsal, le gommage des petits bourrelets et sa facilité de mise en place, je recommande à 100%Cependant, je pense avoir pris une taille trop grande car je l'attache déjà aux dernier cran.Très bon qualité-prix
