Just as advertised. Top quality, speed, storage space, great for watching movies, business, games etc.

Not an easy product to use
The keyboard letters / numbers are difficult to read, even in full light. The keys are floating, hard to describe but it does not feel like the previous HP model I owned. The track pad jumps around, once again, difficult to use. Will not buy again.

Update (see below). Didn’t come as advertised and the day it arrives price drops!!
My laptop just came today February 20, 2023, and even the box says it supposed to come with windows 11 but it has windows 10. I was led to believe it had a touchscreen and a fingerprint access and it doesn’t have either. Lastly, I get online to look at the specifications and what do I see but the prices drop from $599 to $553!! that’s not right! I should get a refund on my account for the difference! So far not a happy camper. I will update my review as I haven’t had a chance to use it as I’m transferring data - will see if I can upgrade to windows 11 free or not.UPDATE: I have been able to perform multiple updates to allow me to download Windows 11 for free. I have sent the seller a message about my other concerns,, and have received no reply and it’s been over a week. I would not buy from this seller again. This product did not come as advertised, and there was a price reduction the day my laptop arrived. This is called bait and switch. This is an unscrupulous seller. Do not purchase from the seller.

Great computer at good price
This PC with 1 TV SSD drive, 12 G RAM, and good processer is a good deal. It boots up very quickly (Unlike my prior computer).
