This is one of the best D3 + K2 supplements I’ve ever used. I’ve been taking it daily for two months — 5 drops under the tongue every morning on an empty stomach — and I’m extremely satisfied. It’s a clean, high-quality product, and the results speak for themselves. The entire formula is liposomal for optimal absorption — both the D3 (5000 IU) and the full-spectrum K2 complex (MK-4 and MK-7 as patented MenaQ7® from chickpeas). It’s blended in organic MCT oil from coconut, with no unnecessary additives or fillers. The supplement is also vegan and non-GMO. This stuff really helps! Not easy to find a good vegan vitamin D. Finally found a professional kind from lichen that is micellized, tastes great, and doesn't bother my stomach! I can easily take it with a meal. Add 5 drops to your food, spoon, or in your mouth. Ideal if taken with another fat, but this does contain MCTs from coconut oil and cold-pressed castor bean oil that helps absorption as Vitamin D is fat soluble. Other brands I've tried, the MCT has bothered and upset my stomach a lot, but not this one! Woohoo! I previously tried MRM's vit D & K2 too but unfortunately, it just didn't work for me. Lab numbers weren't improving nor did I feel any different. With Pure TheraPro Rx, I feel a difference in sleep quality, mood, immunity, etc. I'm happy with it and will get my lab numbers checked soon after taking at least 3 months. Oh and this contains vitamin K2 from chickpeas as well which is nice to have the 2 together. Thank you!

Smooth, almost tasteless.

I can understand there may be a bad batch or two where filtering failed. However I should be able to return and get a replacement or at least a refund. For all I know this is a contaminated batch in the worst case scenario. Update: 10/27/23 Pure responded quickly and quite thoroughly on the cloudy issue and particulates. This supplement is a very light oil with little or no taste. The dose is administered by placing drop(s) under the tongue. (I wish all vitamin supplements were this easy to take.) It works very well for me, and I have recommended it to friends and relatives. I am a woman in my mid-seventies. Each year when I have blood work done for my annual checkup my doctor comments that my Vitamin D levels are good. I have been using it for at least five years.

Update on Review: So, with further information, I have discovered I was wrong and sunflower oil is not used. They use sunflower lectin. Lectin is supposed to make this oil more absorbable. Sunflower lecithin is a health-promoting phospholipid derived from sunflower seed oil. It's a natural emulsifier and stabilizer often used in the food industry to extend the shelf life of processed foods and is added to many cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Just a few of the potential sunflower lecithin benefits include: decreased cholesterol levels improved digestive health better brain function softer skin a reduced risk of breastfeeding complications Additionally, sunflower lecithin may be a better option over other sources of lecithin because it’s GMO-free, plant-based and produced using more gentle extraction methods. I’m holding out on how well it works. I’ll be getting my yearly blood work done and I’ll be looking to see what my D2 levels are now. I’m still concerned because the lectin is taken from sunflower oil, which is highly over processed and highly inflammatory. I have yet to discover how fresh the sunflower oil is and how much it is processed before they take the lectin out for this product. I’m highly disappointed in the new formula. I agree that liposomal is important for absorption into the body. That is a given. Them using sunflower seed oil is horrendous. Sunflower seed oil is the most over processed seed oil there is and causes inflammation. With all the information out there about seed oils you would think their scientists would know better than to use this oil. The one thing is sunflower seed oil is cheap, so I guess they went for profit over quality. We won’t be buying this again. As a family we are greatly disappointed because all 6 of us used it. Onto finding a new product.
