Seems true to size and appear to be equal or better quality to the Merrills they replaced for less money. They're made in China, but seem quite comfortable since the insoles incorporate "memory foam." Hopefully they hold up even half as well as the Merrill's that I'd worn for 2-3 times a week for 15 years! I'll try to return periodically and update this review after wearing them for a while to comment on the wear and durability.

These water shoes look attractive and have held up well through river water and fishing. Husband says that they are very comfortable.

A slightly left-handed compliment: I like these -- light, quick to put them on, styly (as if that matters). The price is slightly higher than I was hoping for, but.....I still gave them a 4 star rating.I use them for inside exercise "shoes" -- even though the name includes "sandals". My last pair lasted for about 6 years, but they can't take an outside workout, especially not on water. The shoe laces broke within 6 months of having them (and not a lot of wear), and the front of the right toe came apart at the 6 year point. There are knock-offs at lower prices but they won't last like these.

I love these shoes. The only problem that I had was slipping into them as my heel kept flattening the back of the shoe. Have to use a shoe horn sometimes. Shoes are very comfortable and snug with half socks or no socks. I used my correct size when ordering.

These water shoes are most comfortable; however, their durability is highly questionable. I used them last September for the sole purpose of hiking the Virgin River (The Narrows) located in Zion National Park. We hiked approximately 6 miles up the river constantly in water. The seams started separating along the soles. I used Super Glue to seal up the separation. It worked for a while but started separating once again. The price was right and comfort was not problem just the quality of the shoe. I would not recommend purchasing these water shoes.

These sandals are very comfortable and the fit is terrific.

Feels and looks as advertised. Outer structure is well made. Liked the style and closed heel design.Personally, I felt the memory foam was too soft. Wearing for 10min left toe and heel indentations on the insole. I was not convinced the insole is going to last long. Not worth the price. Feels more like $40 sandals priced at around $60. I returned.Not happy with insole. If this was EVA insole, I would have definitely kept it. It is a pity they build with only one option with a cheap memory foam.

These are some very AMAZING Water & Beacg Shoes! Great traction, great fur use on the beach, and for wading in rocky waters, and they also cleaned up quite well after use too!
