I ended up getting both the small and large carabiners. All of them are very sturdy and the colors are true and bright. I measured how how big I needed the gate (carabiner opening) to be, specifically to make sure that these would be big enough to use them as jump rings for some big stainless steel chains (to make necklaces). The only thing I have an issue with is that the metallic carabiners in both packs are ever so slightly smaller than all of the other colors. The difference is much more apparent in the smaller pack. The rainbow colors open exactly as much as advertised.

You know when you have a kitchen drawer with several sets of measuring spoons that aren’t connected? Well, I wanted a reasonable fix that wasn’t going to cost too much. I now have three sets of measuring spoons that are connected, they are easy to undo if needed (I don’t throw the O rings in the dishwasher) I also found a second use for more of these. I have two veggie peelers, one is dull from peeling pumpkins/squash the second is brand new, otherwise they are identical. I put the gold O ring on the good one and the red O ring on the dull one. Now, my husband, The Marmot, doesn’t grumble under his breath that he can’t peel his citrus garnishes for drinks.

Too thick keyring, not made for keys. Not useful for keyring but may be for something else.

The clips work fine. They’re okay to clip small items on a pack or purse. The gates are narrower than an oval ‘biner.
