After 35 years or so, we got a new pair of water skis for the whole family. Well made and the boots look sturdy. These are easy to adjust to large or small feet and work well with 100 pound people and those more than 200 pounds. Super easy to get up on. Easy to drop from two to one. And, they look great.

These beginner skis were a solid intro to the wild world of skiingâeasy to use, stable, and had me gliding like a slightly terrified penguin in no time. âˇď¸âď¸ That said⌠the foot holders (bindings) and I had some personal differences. Specifically, they decided to rub the inside of my feet like they were trying to sand down my bones. Not quite the cozy alpine experience I imagined. đŚ´đ BUTâto their creditâthey did the job. I stayed upright most of the time, learned the basics, and got a solid confidence boost (plus maybe a blister or two). Just make sure you wear thick socks or add some padding if your feet are bony like mine. So while theyâre not quite the plush luxury suite of skis, theyâre still a great starter pairâjust maybe bring a little foot armor to the slopes. đ§Śđˇ
