A: I don't know .. it looks as if it is but I've not used it in rainy weather ...

**Q: Would it make a good computer desk chair?**
A: I don't think it would as you sink back into it a fair bit, its definately not a desk chair

**Q: does it support your neck ?? can you lean back in it**
A: Yes this supports the neck, but I would think it may depend on a persons height. Great camp chairs very comfortable.
