Q: My iron only goes up to 200 degrees on the dial but the description says it heats up to 400 degrees?

Broken after a year

Had a great time using it but found not working after a year. I have been careful.

Will Not Hold Thin Hair

Not good for thin hair. The clamp will not be able to properly hold your hair if you have thin hair. Hair will slip through very easily. I will be returning the product.
