Peachtree Publishers The Girl Who Stole an Elephant

My 4th grade daughter was introduced to this book through a library reading list. We found the plot energizing and setting interesting. Unlike many elementary-level books, the characters developed/grew which led to great discussions with her book group. --- As an adult attempting to read some of my kids' novels, I really liked this one.

Really enjoyed reading this with my child. One of those books that expands your view of the world and makes it feel smaller at the same time.
