This is Windows 11 compatible, which is the main reason I bought it, but it performs very nicely, connects to my 10Gb hub just fine and seems to get near its rated speed. There's always some overhead, but this is holding up its end nicely so far. It is a bit pricey, not sure why 10Gb kit is still so expensive compared to plain old gigabit stuff.

I have ordered 3 of these 10gbps cards. One of them was a dud and died after using it for a few days. They are cheap though and get good performance so 5 stars

Simple install, windows recognised it straight away and works instant

A nice little 10G RJ45 adapter, I was able to get pretty close to the theoretically max speed when testing. The only potential issue I saw is that it tends to run quite hot.
