NapQueen 8 Inch Twin Size Mattress, Bamboo Charcoal Memory Foam Mattress, Bed in a Box

I purchased this NapQueen 8-Inch Twin Memory Foam Mattress for my home, and I am extremely happy with the quality and comfort. I bought it for my guest room, and everyone who has slept on it has commented on how comfortable it is. The bamboo charcoal memory foam provides great support while still feeling soft and comfortable, helping you wake up feeling well rested. It expanded quickly after opening, had very little odor, and was ready to use sooner than I expected. I also appreciate that it comes conveniently packed in a box, making it easy to move and set up. The mattress feels well made, offers excellent value for the price, and provides a comfortable night's sleep without spending a fortune. It has exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, supportive, and comfortable mattress.

I only read the one-star reviews to brace myself for what could go wrong. Because perhaps I'd get one of 5% that did not meet the quality test. (There are always duds and mistakes in assembly lines). Then I prayed. I unpacked it. No funky smell whatsoever! One complaint escaped! I planned on giving it 24 hours to fully inflate. In less than 6 hours it looked normal. with all four corners inflated. Another complaint escaped. I squeezed it in various places to test firmness. this is where I got worried as it gave in A LOT. I just didn't seem that the foam was dense enough. I do prefer it on the firmer side for how I sleep. Next I layed down on it and was pleasantly surprised. i did not collapse the way it did when pressing on it with one's fist. I slept on it the same day I received it. I noticed that I did sink in considerably, but the mattress would re-inflate when I moved to a different part of it. (I ordered the queen size.) I figured it wasn't bad for less than $200 and I could probably live with the softness. Then I had the idea to turn it upside down. I knew the mattress used different layers, with the softer ones on top and the more inexpensive and harder layers on the bottom. I thought perhaps it would be too hard, but no. IT'S PERFECT NOW!!! Obviously it's a cheap mattress, so I don't expect it to last more than 18-24 months. But i'm okay with that.

tl;dr: The mattresses are still so smelly I get headaches after 3 weeks and Amazon won't accept a return without a box (which ironically even Amazon doesn't sell). I bought two of these mattresses, and I knew it was cheap, and I knew it was a memory foam, and I rolled the dice. I'm here to tell you not to. I had headaches for WEEKS before I figured out that it was because these mattresses were in my home office. The moment I started avoiding that room, my headaches went away so I assumed it must have just been a temporary thing. But after spending time in my office they came back! So I moved the mattresses to another room and what do you know, no more headaches. So I contacted Amazon to try and return them, they were within 30 days let alone the promised 100 days for return. They said they could return it. First time the customer service agent said, you don't need a box. When I got the instructions, it says clearly you need a box. So I called back, and he said oh we'll do a pick up. So I got off the phone and googled it but UPS won't pick up without a box so I called AGAIN. They said they could do a pickup and UPS would bring me a box and then I'd get refunded for the cost of the box. They could only do pickup the following day though (I couldn't schedule it out one more day) so I had to call back to schedule it another time. He also said he'd be leaving notes so it would be easy for me. So today I called back to schedule my pickup for tomorrow and there was NO RECORD of anything. So I had to start all over. We can do a drop off, we can do a pick up, but I still don't have any boxes. The woman said, UPS will have a box. So I call UPS and of course they don't have a box. So I called back to Amazon and now there's nothing they can do. I've returned several items to Amazon without a box but apparently this is not one of them. My advice to you is play it safe and bet on another cheap mattress, this one is toxic and can't be returned without a box.

No odor, sleeps/sits well, nice and firm. No drooping. Great value for the money. Clean appearance wouldn’t think it was rolled up in a box. Nice and heavy. Would buy again and definitely recommend

This mattress was a substitute for my elder mother's old 23 year old mattress and she says she felt great laying down on it, sitting on it, and sleeping on it. The only thing was that it never did expand to the full 8" as described but still was a great purchase and so far has been good! It's a great value for the money. The firmness I would say is more on the softer side and my mother is used to sleeping on a firmer bed but she had no complaints as of writing this review on her behalf. It was extremely easy to setup but the only problem I encountered was the plastic wrapping of the mattress, it was extremely difficult to peel off and had to use scissors to cut it off which ended up cutting a part of the covering on the bed. Overall: Packaging was great. Bed doesn't reach the full 8 inches after waiting 24-72 hours (max 7 inches). Comfortable for back sleepers. Great to lounge in/on. Worth the price.
