They work for me! I’ve purchased them several times. I take these primarily for migraines (my doctors recommended magnesium) and they seem to take the edge off a bit. They are a repeat tool in my migraine kit. I take them in the evening and they seem to help me relax for sleep, too. Something about this particular magnesium blend helps me. The ONLY reason for four stars (instead of five) is I wish they were about $10 less per bottle…but they work better for me than any other magnesium I’ve tried…. So I’m a repeat buyer.

I only take 2 capsules and it keeps my leg cramps away better than other magnesium supplements at 1000 mg. I guess quality matters. It also helps keep bowel regularity too. They are more expensive than any brands but keeping painful leg cramps in the middle of the night from happening is important.

Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!
