Was having issues with my games suddenly cutting off and bought this to cool it down a bit. When I am playing games that demand a lot of power- I am getting to around 103 (highest) with the fan on auto setting and then it slowly cools that temp down. I can only image what the temp was before I installed this. Very quiet on the auto setting. On the highest you can hear it spinning. I believe this will extend the life of any xbox out there.
