CD Jewel Case Replacement Clear Sleeve Premium Material (Pack of 100)

With over 8000 CDs in my collection, I was desperate for a solution that would allow me to store them in a space saving way.I saw these jewel cd case replacement sleeves on Amazon and purchased 100 straight away.The photo I uploaded shows the amount of space needed for 100 CDs vs the space needed to store 100 of the replacement sleeves.I have just purchased 500 more and will be ordering 5000 when I have the money to do so.The quality of the sleeves are excellent, nice and thick and they feel like they'll last a long time.

Reduced the space my CDs need by two thirds. It feels weird pulling the crystal cases apart and removing the artwork, but well worth it.

Recently did this with BluRay and DVD sleeves which were both quick & easy, and cut storage space down a lot, to about 8 discs per original box. With CDs however - because the jewel cases are already more compact, and most albums have thick cover booklets & heavy glossy paper, you get 2-3 of these sleeves per original CD box.Attached picture shows what a random selection of albums look like, front and back. Some look good (ones with double-sided back inserts especially), others look a bit weird.Other things to note:- Can't do anything with folding card boxes, multi-disc compilations- CD Singles & card pouch sleeves look OK, but don't fill out the full sleeve- Loads of albums have plain white un-printed backs, which looks a bit cheap- CD cases are a pain to crack open for the back insertsOverall - a good idea if you're desperate to save space, but will take a while getting used to seeing CDs being stored and displayed this way. Might buy more sleeves for my absolute favourite CDs, but the majority are going down to disc-only in booklets/binders to save a lot more space.

If space / shelf-room is at a premium in your house these little plastic CD folders will help provide a part solution for those of us out there who have large music collections. I have been using these plastic sleeves for several years now and find them to be sturdy and able to stand up to constant handling. Recommended!

Fell in love with my CD's again, after reviving my 20 year old hi-fi, thing is the cases took up huge amount of space. These sleeves take the CD and the covers, its shrunk the space needed to store them by a huge margin. Its great leafing thru them, I`m getting joy out of my old collections, really pleased!

I used these sleeves to re-house my CD's from their old jewel cases... They looked smart in their new sleeves and enabled me to free up a massive amount of shelf space!!!:o)

Sleeves are good but they were taken out of the packaging and there were only 90-something rather than 100. I need to use these, so you got me - I’m not going to send them back over just a few of them. But not happy at all that the order was filled this way.

We wanted a means of reducing the bulk of the CDs on racks without sacrificing access to rear insert/cover booklet, and these seem to fit the bill really well. Seem robust, although only time and usage will tell. But initial impressions are very favourable, and we'll be buying more as we work through our CD storage.
