I hate doing campfire popcorn and you literally have to be right in the fire. These extend out the popcorn and make it so easy to get into the flame. Made from durable material so the heat doesn’t damage it. The kids and wife enjoy the popcorn when we’re camping!

this is great for making Jiffy Pop over a camp fire. It is long enough to hold over the fire without burning yourself. Clamp over handle keeps it in place. Highly recommend.

Makes cooking a Jiffy Pop extremely easy. The Jiffy Pop fit snuggly inside the holder without any wiggle (which is a necessity because you have to shake the Jiffy Pop during the cooking process). I went camping with my family last week and made 3 successful batches of Jiffy Pop using this. If I had a mild complaint or two, it would be to extend the handle another 6 inches. The current length seems to be sufficient (I did not have to wear an oven mitt), but our fire pit was fairly large making it necessary for me to stand right up to the edge to cook. The length would be fine for a smaller fire pit. It also seems fairly cheap with some low-grade welds at the joints. The gauge of metal doesn't quite work as the weight of the jiffy pop bows the handle....but hey....it did what it was supposed to do so I can't hate on it too much. If it holds up over time, this will be a wonderful addition to our camping tools.

The handle extender works really well. No more burnt hands and the popcorn comes out great as long as you keep shaking and shaking until the popping stops. My 7 yr. old grandson and I used the handle and the leftover popcorn pan afterwards to melt old crayons over the fire so we could drip the wax onto some rocks to make designs. Fun camping trip!

The only way to go if you want to pop a classic Jiffy Pop tin over an actual fire. I recently went on a family vacation to a cabin in the mountains and brought along a whole mess of tins and this holder, and it performed beautifully. The system is very simple--you simply place the tin in the circular opening, where it fits precisely, and then slide the loop up the handle until it "falls" into the divot. It feels a little precarious at first, but no amount of vigorous shaking even came close to dislodging any of the tins from the handle. If you follow the popping directions, it will feel like it's going to come flying off at any moment, but take my word for it--it won't.

Haven't used it yet. Try it out tomorrow well built long handle.
