One bulb is unusable
Bulb seems to work fine but one of the bases bent. The threads were compressed together and would not screw in the socket.

Lights were defective
When I put the bulbs into the heat lamp they worked for one night and then broke. I made sure it wasn’t the lamp that was the problem and it wasn’t the lamp the bulbs were defective and I had to but 2 more
