It wont update past android 7.1.1 even though Oreo is supposed to be available. When checking for updates it says none available even though the Android security level is still showing November 2017. It now July 2018 and this phone is stuck with a very old security level. After using wifi I have to restart the phone to get 4G mobile data working After using the camera and going into standby it will often have what can only be described as the black screen of death. It wont wake up and requires me to hold the power button down for a good few seconds. A google search suggested this was fixed with Oreo except the phone wont even update to Oreo because it keeps saying no updates available.
