would a broken pen leak out of this?

i don't know for certain, i bought these for a friend who travels only with travel on. she uses them, so i assume the work.

The plastic on mine got foggy looking. Is this normal?

Ok but feels cheap

I had high hopes for these but was a bit disappointed when they arrived. The Ariel print is really cute but the front vinyl is very flimsy and I’m not sure how long it will last before something pokes through it.
