Q: I need an extender kit for this set, does anybody have any recommendations?

I'm assuming you mean for the shower head. I've gotten many of these, for myself and parents. Remove old 'gooseneck' by sliding down the flange which may require removal with a box cutter. Spray the area liberally with WD-40 or similar spray for 30 minutes. Slowly turn the gooseneck left using plumber pliers, it should turn easily, if it doesn't reapply spray. Apply plumbing tape, put the new flange on the extender and install your horizontal extender don't over-tighten. Slide the flange into place using caulk, if necessary, run water to clear the line of any debris and then re-install shower head using plumber's tape. You'll have an instant rain shower head! I'd gotten a square extender, but the pipe was so deep in the wall that I was unable to use the flange, so I had some 1-inch tiles I glued around the extender, taped them until they were dry and grouted them thereafter. Good luck and I hope this can help you. I'd decided to put the extender arm in long after tiling was completed because the gooseneck just wasn't giving good coverage from the shower head.
