once it is put together it is nice but I would not buy another one

I like the wooden luggage carts better than metal options. This rack was easy to assemble if you follow the picture instructions. I would not pay $20.00 more for an assembled rack. The only disappointment was the black color. I thought from the pictures that it would be dark cherry or walnut. My mistake and its only for guest use. They will love me for thinking of their convenience.

I returned this item because it was defective when I received it. The parts didn't line up as per the instructions.

Not many parts, BUT it could have been a lot easier to put together by having a video online or tell us that two of the pieces where the straps go are different sizes which affect where they go, both are numbered the same which is incorrect. Could have been put together in 15 minutes if they adjusted that on the directions or added words on the instructions vs just vague pictures. Took apart 3 times, roughly 1 hr to figure it out.

Easy to put together, sturdy enough to handle the beast of a suitcase I use. Looks nice. Definitely and have bought this one repeatedly.

This looks great in our guest room and was very easy to set up. You'll need to pay close attention to the drawing they give you because otherwise it won't work.

Item arrived quickly. Well made and assembly was pretty simple.
