Whoa! Found Pineapple chunks finally!
So I was on the prowl for just canned pineapples. Went to the big box stores, the local supermarkets, and no one had these on the shelf. I live in the suburbs of NY ... not exactly a rural place... so the fact that I live 15 minutes from over 16 shopping options and no one had it on their shelves really sucked. So for giggles I search here and voila - there it was and price was fair. Why pineapple chunks? Its the lazy man's pineapple sorbet with the Ninja Creami! I just dump a can in - add a little sugar and a pinch of salt to taste. Freeze it and sorbet it the next day... Its so yummy by itself... and even better with coconut milk and light rum for what in my opinion is better than restaurant quality Pina Colada's and always a request when guests come over! =)

Great taste
Love pineapple and I added it to my cottage cheese taste so great and my bird enjoys the taste too comply down and grab one off my plate so that’s telling me it’s a good thing. OK price

Great taste , but a little tough to chew .
The pineapple chunks taste very good and sweet , but some chunks are tough to chew . Like they might have been canned before the pineapple was completely ripe .

More sour than sweet.
These pineapple chunks are hard and tart. I would think the pineapple is not ripe enough. To green for canning and using the sweet juice only makes the unsweet pineapple stand out even more. The juice is the only sweet part in my opinion. The chunks contain to much of the hard core because the pineapple is to green and not ready for prime !!

Misleading and lied about ingredients
First off, rhey show a can of tidbits for their chunks and then they say it is just Pinapple and pineapple juice, which is a lie! They put citric acid in it and you don't know if it is the synthetic citric acid made from black mold or if they actually use real citric acid. I cannot have anything with citric acid for that reason. I wish I would have looked at this sooner because now I am outside return window. My mom ate some of the pineapple and said it tasted sour and it was hard. I just love how Amazon allows all these seller to get away with lying about their ingredients because this is the therd seller that has done this.
