Sorry, 2.5 inches is the smallest size.

The dresser I would like them for has a 1/4 inch hole already in place. Will these fit?

The screws fits 1/8 inches hole, so it’s not fit for 1/4 inches.

Do these work with curved drawers?

No they are meant for a flat front drawer.
