I am impressed with the performance and functionality of this milk frother as I have had many and did not like them. This frother not only allows you to customize the temperature and foam thickness of your milk, but also opens doors to a whole new world of beverage possibilities right in the comfort of your own home and it saves you so much money! One feature that really stood out to me was the ability to use chocolate milk in the frother to make the perfect hot chocolate, my boyfriend and I live in colder states so this is a must for us! This frother can accommodate a decent amount of milk, I use a 20 oz cup and it fills it up nicely. Just be sure to follow the instructions closely, as overfilling the frother can lead to spillage and potentially damage the machine. While it may take a bit of time to heat up, I appreciate that I can walk away and attend to other tasks while it's doing its thing. My only minor gripe is that I wish it would beep continuously until I remove the frother, as sometimes I miss the initial beep and forget about it for a while. However, the different temperature settings make it easy to switch between hot and cold beverages, catering to all preferences I and others may have. Overall, this product has truly elevated my at home beverage game. Whether I'm craving a cappuccino, latte, or hot chocolate, this device delivers on all fronts. Say goodbye to boring drinks and hello to a world of drink possibilities!!I also really enjoy that no milk seems to get stuck at the bottom and burn, some machines do this. I also enjoy being able to grab the frother tool by the long stick so I can pour my milk without this falling into my drink because I had one like that before and it was super annoying having to dig it out of my drink!

We have a Nespresso machine so we wanted to find a frother that created enough milk, but did so at a desired temperature and density. Oh yeah, and it had to please 4 latte drinkers. Well, this is it - in spades. 3 different frothing densities, multiple temperatures, and the ability to froth a small or large about of milk. This thing works fast, is quiet, and best of all - easy to clean! You can take the carafe directly to the sink and wash it (and you should) after every latte. I love this thing. I like how hot it makes the frother because the Nespresso doesn't get the coffee as hot as I like it. This tops it off and makes for a perfect latte.

Over the years, I’ve purchased several different kinds of milk frothers. Some would produce decent froth, but the milk never got warm enough, others would produce warm milk, but very little froth. I love this frother! Number one it really produces great froth and it gives me three options for how much froth I want. Number two I have multiple choices of what temperature I want my milk third. It has really great capacity if you need to make more than one drink. The froth is perfect, the temperature is perfect. I read one comment where people were complaining about the plastic in the frothing wheel. Just to clear this up, the reason why this machine makes such great froth is because the wheel goes up and down the rod in the middle of your milk. My suspicion is if you put metal in the middle of the wheel, the wheel would be too heavy to move up and down and the froth would not be anywhere near as consistent. Is froth or is easy to use, easy to clean, and looks really good on my counter. I 100% recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great frother

Fire hazard.Bought in March 2024, this review is in May 2025. So 13 months old. This morning my wife smelled something burning in the kitchen. We determined the burning smell was coming from this milk-frother. I unplugged it and moved it to a safe place to plug it back in. It would not come on, which was not surprising considering how burned it smelled. So I took it to my shop and took the base off and found the circuit board burned. Pictures attached. It did NOT trip the circuit breaker in the house. From the looks of the burned circuit board it obviously get VERY hot.I estimate I used this item about twice a day over the last year.The house still reeks of burned plastic and I consider ourselves lucky. Do not buy this item.

I love this as a replacement for my Nespresso Aeroccino. The Aeroccino, while an equally good product, eventually the non-stick interior wears down and the milk scalds and burns to the bottom. Making it difficult to clean. This unit is stainless steel. So, I’m hoping that this will eliminate the need to get rid a unit that still functions, but is difficult to clean. So far, the stainless steel is easy to clean! The only slight drawback with this unit is its size. For one person, the minimum milk to froth is fine, but it seems a bit of a waste of a large frothing container for one person, and the unit overall is quite larger than the competitor. The unit runs quiet. I sort of meditate while it is frothing. The unit does take a bit more time than the competitor when using higher temp settings. But for me, the lower temp setting suits me just fine. Overall, this feels like a premium product. Only time will tell regarding the durability. But I have faith it will continue to serve me well for my daily brews!

Great froth with heavy whipping cream. It worked well as intended just initially hoping that it could have been used as more of a single serving use. We'll use it more during the cool and winter months. Cleanup wasn't an issue and heated well.
