The points all make sense. The focus is on being involved in your work and to move away from the “set it and forget it” focus of modern businessMy personal suggestion to anyone reading this book would be to expand the lessons and apply them to other books and media. The lessons taught in other books, such as Dave Ramsey’s “EntreLeadership”, have warning’s throughout them about avoiding stumbling blocks. The less informative ones are all about the wonderful success’s only.Looking at the failures and pitfalls are not exercise’s in excuses. Think of this book as showing areas in personal Quality Control to keep focus on.

A must read for those interested in leadership, in business and beyond.

A lot stress is laid on success stories and attributes that lead to astronomical successes.It would be really beneficial if one reads the failure stories and the attributes that caused them.You gain a lot by thinking in reverse.As the great mathematician Jacobi said "Invert always invert".We tend to do this intrinsically in multiple choice exams,when we do not know the exact answer and it helps immensely in improving the score.This books does something similar,more than that its an honest confession of one of the greatest business leaders in American history.A true treat!
